Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga offers time to breathe, move mindfully, and relax. Learn methods to support a healthy pregnancy, healthy baby, and wellbeing postpartum. Each class will offer labor, birth, and postpartum tips and support. Time for Q&A will be provided each week.
