My birth doula services include the following:

During pregnancy:

  • up to 3 prenatal check ins to talk about your dreams, desires, and histories, develop a birth plan, practice pain management techniques, and make sure logistics are covered

  • 24/7 on-call support from 2 weeks before your EDD

During labor and immediate postpartum:

  • meet you at your home or at the hospital

  • assist with pain management techniques during labor

  • encourage your partner(s) to support in the way that you both want

  • one postpartum check in


My postpartum doula services include the following:

  • Changing and holding baby while you take a nap

  • Basic lactation and sleep support

  • grocery shopping and cooking nutritious meals for you and your family

  • Caring for baby while you play with your other little ones

  • Washing dishes while you and your partner make time for each other

  • Listening and holding space for your birth story

As your birth doula, I am here to offer emotional, physical, spiritual, and logistical support throughout your pregnancy and birth. I strive to amplify your needs and wants, and collaborate with your birth team to create an empowering birth experience. My hope is to uplift your joy and pleasure during this time of life.

As your postpartum doula, I am available to support your family during this important time in whatever ways you most need. 

As your massage therapist, my dream is to help you find space to breathe as fully as you can. I am here to support a massage that responds to your needs, sensitivities, and histories, and that offers comfort and support during your pregnancy. 

As your cycle tracking teacher, I can help you discover if you are ovulating, and what days or your cycle you are fertile and infertile. Together, we can build a strategy to record your body’s unique signs that best supports your reproductive health needs.

My practice prioritizes consent and serves bodies of all sizes, abilities, orientations, genders, religions, and economic statuses.
