I provide birth doula services to the Pioneer Valley and Southern Vermont. I'm passionate about providing personalized care to support you through pregnancy and birth. I listen and then adapt to help you navigate the beautiful yet sometimes precarious process of bringing your new baby into the world.

On my journey to birth work:

My earliest memory is of being three years old at a prenatal appointment with my mom while she was pregnant with my brother. I remember peering through the metal bars at the end of a bed and eating oyster crackers, knowing something momentous was happening.

Fast forward to my twenties and many of my peers were giving birth, and some were talking about the pregnancies and births in great detail. I became hooked on birth stories. I can’t get enough of them! It’s a favorite topic of mine with anyone that wants to share the story of the birth of their child, their own stories, or any other birth stories that they know!

I’m now also passionate about helping parents bring their babies into the world and ease the transition for everyone involved. I was DONA trained in 2017, and I weave in my trainings, experiences, and teachings from shamanism, yoga, mindfulness, and conscious sexuality. I’m here to support the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, and am also here for your religious or spiritual beliefs.
