I am passionate about supporting new parents and their newborns. The postpartum period is a time of transition and integration, and I offer supportive presence, a listening ear, and helping hands in this time. I fell in love with this work while supporting a dear friend postpartum in the spring of 2017, and I took the first training that I could find with DONA International, in October 2017. I thrilled to say that I am now a PCD(DONA). Since starting out in 2017, I have supported eight families and their newborns as a postpartum doula.

In this time of COVID-19, I can offer informational, educational and emotional support over the phone, or via FaceTime or video call, and I can provide local and online resources for your specific needs. Due to the pandemic, I am limiting how many families I am working with and I am currently *fully booked* for in-home support for the winter of '20-'21. Please reach out if you would like to recieve remote support in your postpartum time.
