Hello! My name is Emily and I am a newly trained birth and postpartum doula. Ever since a young age, I have found birth to be fascinating, powerful, and magical. I am so excited to be starting my journey of supporting birthers, families, and YOU through this life changing experience.

I currently offer both birth and postpartum support services on a volunteer basis, as I work towards my certification. Below, you will find what is included in my birth and postpartum packages.

                                                                                                            Birth Doula Support:

1 consultation visit, 2 prenatal visits, support during active labor and birth, 1 postpartum visit, unlimited call/texts/emails.

                                                                                                      Postpartum Doula Support:

4 to 8 hours of support (emotional, educational, physical support, infant care, light housework, meal prep, errands, etc.) or overnights care.

Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or inquiries. Thank you!
