I believe that Better Beginnings happen for parents-to-be and their babies when they have time and guidance to gather information and connections. Empowerment about themselves and birth will result in a happier birth experience. Developing a relationship with a doula before labor can facilitate that process. Doula-client relationships flourish in a calm and safe environment, building trust and understanding over time.
I believe that doula support and services should be available for everyone. I can help families find community resources for doula care, and I offer scholarships. By incorporating the best of evidence-based research and alternative care and my experience since 2006, I bring a unique perspective for each of my clients.
Whether this is your first pregnancy or last, I want your memories of this experience to be as close to your dream birth as possible.
