  •  A consultation for you to determine if I'm the right fit
  • At-Your-Pace Childbirth Education Course with 5 modules (anatomy & physiology, stages of labor, medical options/interventions, comfort management techniques and positions, partner support and more). Also includes sample birth videos, & birth preparation journaling
  • Informational & emotional support via email, phone and text throughout the pregnancy
  • At least 3  prenatal visits  to prepare for childbirth (or visits once per month from the time of hire)

  • On call support 24/7 from your 38th week of pregnancy until birth. Call/Text in the middle of the night or in the wee hours of the morning. If labor happens before 38 weeks, I will still make every effort to attend your birth. For situations when I am not available prior to week 38 a backup may be available
  • In-person support at the onset of labor (or whenever you’re ready) through birth
  • 1-2 postpartum visits in your home (or place of birth) Anytime between 24 hours and  2 weeks postpartum
  • Photography at your birth

As a postpartum doula I am your ally during the first days of baby's life while the birthing parent heals physically and emotionally. Some things I can provide during the postpartum period are:

  • Nourishing Meal Preparation catered to your specific diet (including vegetarian and vegan meals)
  • Babywearing education
  • Breastfeeding support and referrals
  • Emotional support
  • Light housework and errands
  • Newborn and sibling care
  • Overnight newborn support

I started Birthwork after attending a Midwifery Intensive in California back in 2011. I skirted the edges of birth for quite some time before finally circling back. For the past 9 years I have been providing families with various forms of support in pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.

As a doula I'm an impartial source of support and encouragement throughout your process. I offer presence to people and families in any birth scenario. At present, I am prioritizing working with clients with queer/trans/GNC identities as well as families of color. As a doula holding those identities, I hope to provide folks who are less represented in the medical system with identity affirmation in their doula support.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist I offer a safe space for physical renewal throughout pregnancy and after birth. My goal in both Birth and Body work is to provide nonjudgmental space where folks can be empowered to birth with courage and confidence.
