Your Journey to Meet Your Baby

Congratulations on your pregnancy and upcoming birth! This is a very exciting time for you and your husband/partner/birthing partner(s), friends, and family.

Your pregnancy, labor, and childbirth journey is magical, and also a profoundly personal and transformative experience. Your journey is as unique as you are, each pregnancy and each delivery so special. As your doula I would honor the opportunity to work with you and fully support your individual process and approach.

My goal as your dedicated doula is to provide you and your birthing partner(s) with highly personalized, one-on-one, continuous care during your pregnancy, labor, and delivery, as well as in your early hours and days of fresh parenthood with your newborn.

It is my intention to ensure your sacred rite of passage is a peaceful, safe, relaxing, empowering, and joyful one. I offer a calm, safe, soothing, consistent, yet flexible presence. As your doula I will create and maintain a sacred space for you to birth and welcome your baby in the ways that are most meaningful to you.

I offer my passion for positivity, humor, newborns, parents, families, friends, and my knowledge of and experience in communicating and working closely together to create beautiful transformations! I am affirming of all families, partnerships, and birthing partnerships.

Visualization Exercise

Envision your new one in your arms. As you hold your baby, begin to feel the warmth of your baby next to your body. Listen to the soft, gentle breathing of your newborn.

Feel your heart expanding and joyfully singing with love, as you feel the magic of your little one’s arrival. Feel the groundedness of their presence. As you hold your baby close, feel the abundance of their peace and well-being, feel the rightness of the world in this moment.

Kissing the top of your baby’s head, inhale their unique fragrance, that sweet scent of baby freshness and deliciousness. Feel the softness and silkiness of their skin, caressing the soft baby fat rolls of their arms and legs. Marvel at the strength and tininess of their little hands and fingers, the softness of their feet. Smooth your fingers over their fine, baby hair. As you cherish your baby, feel the contentedness of your bundle of love as you hold him or her close to your heart. The love you feel for your baby, and your baby’s love for you, is one of the most precious gifts on Earth!

Active (gently active) pregnancy, labor, and childbirth; private prenatal and postnatal yoga sessions, Abraham Hicks-inspired well-being and empowerment coaching, birthing imagery/scripting/visualization, birth story written from your doula's perspective,
