I am excited to offer doula support during your pregnancy and labor. I would love to meet you for a complimentary interview.

I am also pleased to offer a wide variety of skills in massage and therapeutic bodywork as a way for you and your partner to take care of your physical selves before, during and after pregnancy. My career of helping people improve their physical health has given me an in depth understanding of anatomy, integrated manual bodywork and detailed understanding of women's health, posture, positioning and movement that I am excited to share with you.

check our all the details on my website.

I believe that birth is a naturally occurring event that can be accomplished successfully without intervention.

With that being said, I recognize and support intervention as an asset to complicated pregnancies and birthing. I respect the informed decision making process and the recommendations of medical care providers.

I believe that birth can be a powerful experience for the birthing parent, baby and partner and should be considered on an individual basis with broad-spectrum knowledge.

I believe it is my job to support you and your partner in the way you want to give birth without judgement or criticism.

Integrated bodywork, pelvic health, movement and body mechanics, massage, pregnancy and postpartum exercise
