For the Community

The Green River Doula Network is committed to making doula services accessible to all pregnant women who need support, not just those who can afford it. Toward that end, we're in the beginning stages of a new project which will match doulas with low-income women in western Massachusetts. Doulas will receive a stipend for providing prenatal and postpartum visits and labor support. Donations toward this fund are much needed and gratefully accepted.

As individual doulas, we also sometimes offer free or low-cost services to women in need on an individual basis. Women who are in a situation of great need are invited to submit a volunteer doula request.
