  • I will come to you in the comfort of your own home and assess your breastfeeding relationship between you and your baby.
  • I will help assist, encourage, and work with you both to get you to achieve your personal breastfeeding goal.

In 2003 I began with what would turn into an immediate passion for all the intricacies of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and bringing a baby into this world.  I continuously strive to increase my knowledge so that I may provide you with the best care for your needs.  I feel it is an absolute honor to be able to enhance your experience by supporting you in your empowering journey.

I am certified for birth doula care, lactation counseling, and placenta encapsulating.  I offer home postpartum care, as well as traditional belly binding services for your post care needs.  My trainings, certifications, and continuous education coupled with my own four personal births has given me the knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide you with professional excellence in care.

As your birth doula, I feel it is my job to provide you with compassionate emotional, physical, and informational support to make your birth all that it can be for your whole family. I will bring my professional cooperative spirit to the support of your labor, working in harmony with your loved ones that may be supporting you as well as your care provider. I believe that it is my job to fully and whole heartedly support your decisions and choices you make. I trust in the process of birth and believe in the empowerment that birth brings you. I believe that your birth experience will remain one of your most empowering and memorable events of your life.  I want you to feel prepared, safe, and supported throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth.

As your postpartum doula, I am there for nurturing and gentle support. Making sure that the needs of you as a new mother are taken care of. I am passionate about providing my listening ear and compassionate support. Each new mother is unique and I will support your decisions and direction on how to best care for you and your family. I believe that every new mother should have someone to turn to for support during the postpartum period.  It is my responsibility as your doula to make myself available as a resource of information for you.  I support you with exceptional care to facilitate a smooth transition for your entire family.
